Managed and participated in six divisions of college radio station for four years and oversaw all aspects of the station and broadcasts. Supervised up to 300 students as station manager, conducted staff training in audio production including Doing, Adobe Audition, and interview techniques. Grew Blaze Radio from a 50 person staff to nearly a 300 person staff. Earned national recognition with Billboard and MtvU. Edited tape from interviews, guest spots, station promos and censoring music for FCC regulations. Did event planning for College Radio Day and the annual Kick Ass Spring Concert, which became the station’s signature event. Made decisions on station branding, finances, managerial choices, connections to Arizona State & The Cronkite School alongside the directors board. Led Blaze Radio’s community activities, bringing together charities, the university and fellow directors. Hosted a local music news show called Note Worthy

I Am That Girl: Arizona State

Co-founder of the Arizona State chapter of I Am That Girl. Launched Real Men night, bringing together chapter members and ASU football team players to discuss big issues, like gender equality and campus sexual assault. Earned the "Outstanding Achievement & Contribution Award" by the Commission on the Status of Women, the only award to ever be voted unanimously by the commission. Lead a panel about I Am That Girl at the National Collegiate Leadership Conference.
